In 2005, the largest typical whitetail buck in Texas was taken on this ranch and is known by the local
population as the “Monster Hole” due to the large number of massive bucks on the ranch.

We hunt over 3.3 million acres of prime wildlife landscapes in southern and central Africa including Mozambique, Namibia, South Africa, Zimbabwe and Uganda.

Sullivan Whitetail Ranch is located just 60 miles northwest of the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex in Sunset, Texas. Our 12,000 square foot lodge and pool overlooks a 4 acre stocked lake.  With 5 golf shots on our new green in front of the lake. We have native and exotic game and helicopter hog hunting.

Today, the historic ranch is headquarters for Haverlah Ranches Registered Angus Cattle operation and the Premier Ranch Hunting establishment.  You can hunt year round with a variety of exotics or come during quail, turkey or whitetail deer season for a great hunting experience.
